Claudia Terstappen
Claudia Terstappen studied sculpture in relation to architecture and photography at the Art Academy Düsseldorf/Germany. She has lived and worked in Düsseldorf, London, New York, Hong Kong and Barcelona and moved to Melbourne in late 2004. She has exhibited internationally since the 1980’s.
Claudia has been lecturing art at many renowned art schools, including at the Slade School of Fine Art, Chelsea School of Art, Goldsmith College and Royal College (all London), directing the Master of Fine Art Program for Southampton University in Barcelona and being Professor of Fine Arts at Monash University. Her works are held in many private and public collections, in the US, Japan, Europe and Australia.
