Daniel Kruger
Poetic Treasures
4 March - 18 April 2026
Daniel Kruger is more than just a jewellery artist. He is a poet whose work weaves together emotions, ideas, stories and a touch of magic.
He draws inspiration from the richness of human culture and the sheer beauty of nature.
Over the course of his life, he has amassed a fascinating collection. He seamlessly integrates many of these pieces into his creations with perfect craftsmanship.
One fascinating example is an airy-like necklace featuring delicate butterfly wings from his collection. He turns an antique matchbox into a pendant
Daniel Kruger searches for and finds historical pieces all over the world. For him, they are bearers of stories, traditions, beliefs and emotions. By incorporating these treasures into his creations, he preserves and honours their deeper meaning and transports them into our time. He reminds us that yesterday is not a dusty memory, but the foundation of what we are today.
He incorporates materials associated with the four elements – fire, water, air and earth – into his nature-inspired jewellery creat
So it is not only the beauty of nature that interests him, but he reminds us of the theory of the four elements, which has shaped cultures for centuries. It states that all beings – including humans – are made up of the same primordial substances. This view regards the world as a network in which everything is connected and interrelated.
Daniel Kruger's jewellery creations are the story of a quest brought to life.
It is a search for ancient truths, beauty, power, depth, history and creativity.
